Marvin Hayes Jr.

BIO: Born in Annapolis, Maryland, Marvin Hayes Jr. has served as a SIA member-at-large since 2026 and as the Queenstown Day Chairman since 2025. He attended Anne Arundel Community College, where he received associate degrees in Forensic Science, Information Assurance and Cybersecurity, and Network Management. He later attended the University of Maryland, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity, and then earned his master’s degree in Cyber Operations.
